The prices quoted are for 1 day's hire. Late returns will be charged at an additional 20% per day. |

Payment by Visa, Cash, Cheque or COD. |

All prices are subject to change without notice. All sizes quoted are approximate only. |

The customer shall be responsible for all equipment hired from the time of delivery until the equipment is collected by Aussie Party Hire; OR from the time of collection until all equipment is returned to Aussie Party Hire by the customer. |

All equipment (including Barbeques) must be returned clean or a cleaning charge will apply. |

| 6. |
Any damages or shortages of equipment are the customer's responsibility. |

| 7. |
Delivery charges are not included in hire prices. |
| |

| 8. |
The customer shall give 7 days notice of cancellation, failing which a 50% fee of the total will apply. |

Aussie Party Hire will not accept responsibility for any damage to underground services. |
